Spring feeders with integrated spring separation
For feeding and assembly of pre-manufactured springs, Colombi can offer spring feeders with integrated spring separtation. By attaching an escapement to our standard feeder, individual springs from bulk can then be delivered in an oriented fashion directly to the assembly point via a signal.

Spring Separators
In case there is requirement of quickly separated springs, Colombi has developed four different manual separators. We recommend the best suitable separator depending on the size of the springs. All you have to do is pour springs in to the separator and the machine delivers untangled springs. The relatively small size of the manual separators gives the advantage to move them form one place to another.
